Deed to Deed is a business application operated by Islander Capital, LLC, 7618 County Road P32, Fort Calhoun, NE 68023. Access is by invitation only. This notice explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Your name and email address, to create your login. If you sign in with Google, Google shares only your name, email address and profile picture with us.
• What you enter or upload while working: notes, tasks, photos, receipts and similar records.
• A record of changes you make (what changed, when and by whom), kept for security and accountability.

We do not collect passwords for other services, Social Security numbers, or bank account numbers.

How we use it

Only to run the application for the company that invited you: signing you in, showing you the records you are allowed to see, and keeping an audit trail. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising.

Who processes it for us

Data is stored and served by Supabase (database and storage) and Vercel (hosting), and sign-in emails are sent by Resend. These providers process data on our behalf and under their own security commitments.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete your personal information, or to remove your access, by emailing kiely@islandercap.com. Business records you created may be kept as part of the company's files.
