Deed to Deed is operated by Islander Capital, LLC. By signing in you agree to these terms.

1. Invitation only. You may use the application only with the access the company has given you, and only for that company's business.
2. Your account. Keep your sign-in to yourself. Tell us right away if you think someone else has used it.
3. Confidential information. Property, sale, deal and financial information in the application is confidential business information. Do not copy or share it outside the company without permission.
4. Accuracy. Records you enter should be accurate to the best of your knowledge. Changes are logged with your name.
5. Access can change. The company may change or remove your access at any time.
6. No warranty. The application is provided as is. Information in it (including sale dates, bids and valuations gathered from public sources) can be incomplete or out of date; check important facts at the source.
